How do I replace my lost or stolen USP ID card?

Answer

Replacement costs are:

Students of USP: F$15.00 - the USP Student Administrative Services (SAS) processes the card.

Staff of USP: $25.00 - USP Human Resources processes the card.

External borrowers: F$5.00 plus a passport size photo. Please come to the library main issue desk for this.

You must replace lost cards as the library will not issue items without a card, even if you know your ID/Borrower numbers.
