Q. How do I print?

Answer

Printing in the library from the ITS computer labs on Level B is the same as in other ITS labs on campus. You must have money on your student account to print (no cash printing). Printing top-up cards are available from the main issue desk ($2.00 apiece) or from the machine closest to the printers.

To add the top-up card amount to your student account, visit this website: https://printing.usp.ac.fj:9192/user or ask the person sitting at the information desk on Level B for assistance.

Simply log onto one of the computers in Lab 1 or 2 on Level B, open your document, select print, and make sure the printer is set to "my prints." Go to one of the three printers/copiers and swipe your student ID card or type in your login information on the touch screen keypad. Your print should appear with the number of pages and the cost. Click "print" and it will automatically deduct the money from your account.

To copy, you will also need to log into your account to pay for the copies. Scanning to email is free. Simply select the "services home" button on the printer/copier. Type in your email address, set your document/s in the tray on top of the printer face up, or one page at a time face down on the copier glass. Press the start button and your documents will scan and be sent as a .pdf file to your email.
